Refund Policy

1. General Policy for Service Fees

Fees paid for Suivre 4 Digital's services, including but not limited to BBPS, PayIn, Payout, and POS, etc. are non-refundable. These fees are charged for the processing, facilitation, and execution of the services, and once a service is rendered, the fee is considered earned.

2. Refunds for Goods and Services from Merchants

Suivre 4 Digital acts as a payment intermediary for merchants. If you have purchased a product or service from a merchant that uses our payment platform, any refund requests must be directed to the merchant from whom you made the purchase.

The merchant's own refund policy will determine the eligibility and terms of the refund. Suivre 4 Digital can only process a refund to your original payment method after we have received a formal refund instruction from the merchant.

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you are unable to resolve a dispute directly with a merchant, you may have the right to initiate a chargeback with your card-issuing bank or financial institution.

When a chargeback is initiated, Suivre 4 Digital will act as an intermediary. We will notify the merchant of the dispute and may request evidence from both parties to make a fair determination. The final decision rests with the card networks and your bank, based on their rules and regulations.

4. Erroneous or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made in error or was unauthorized, you must contact our support team immediately at support@suivre4digital.com. Please provide your transaction ID, the date and amount of the transaction, and a detailed description of the issue.

We will conduct a prompt investigation. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the recovery of funds once a transaction has been completed, especially if the funds have been withdrawn by the recipient.

5. SMS Service-Specific Policy

For our SMS Services, credits are purchased and used for sending messages. Fees for successfully delivered messages are non-refundable. In the event of a proven service failure on our part that results in non-delivery of messages, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit to your account for the value of the undelivered messages.
